Your creators

The creator portal

Creators use your store's own My Account page: one login, your theme, and a Creator program tab that only creators see.

Where it lives

/my-account/creator/. Rename the tab with Settings → Portal → My Account tab label. Someone who is not a creator sees no tab.

The screens

ScreenWhat it shows
OverviewTheir code and link with copy buttons and a print-ready QR code; clicks, orders and earnings for 30 days, 90 days or all time; recent orders; their next payout; your brand-assets link
LinksA builder that turns any page of your store into a /go/ link, and each link's clicks and orders
PostsRegister a post to get its own link; self-reported views and engagement
EarningsEvery commission with its order number, date, order value, rate, share and status, filterable, with a CSV download
PayoutsThe schedule in words, their payout method, tax profile and self-billing agreement, and every statement
GiftsTheir allowance and requests — only when their tier has a gift allowance
ProfileDisplay name, handle (changeable once), platforms, leaderboard opt-in, email preferences, and Leave the program

A paused creator sees your reason at the top and everything read-only.

Customers stay private

A creator never sees a customer's name, email or address — in the portal, the emails or the CSV. Only an order number and a date. They also never see your costs or profit, unless you turn on Show creators the profit basis of each order.

Public blocks and shortcodes

BlockShortcodeWhat it shows
Creator application form[sharecrew_apply]The application form
Creator program summary[sharecrew_program_summary]The rate, schedule, discount and tiers, from your live settings
Creator leaderboard[sharecrew_leaderboard]Top creators this month by orders, only those who opted in

The leaderboard is off until you turn on Settings → Portal → Show the leaderboard. It publishes creators' names, so a program with a handful of creators is better off without it.

Restyling the portal

The portal inherits your theme's colours and type. Its classes are .sharecrew-*, for your theme to style. To change the markup, copy a template from the plugin's templates/portal/ folder to sharecrew/portal/ in your child theme (or theme). With WP_DEBUG on, an override older than the plugin's template is logged, so check yours after updates.
