Pro installation and recovery

From purchase to your first Pro workflow

Pro requires a single-site WordPress installation with an HTTPS home URL. WordPress multisite is not supported. You need permission to install plugins. Each Pro add-on works alongside its matching free plugin and uses its own site credential. An AI service key is a separate connection.

  1. Choose the matching product in your account. Open Pro access and verify your email. Confirm the product and one-time price before continuing to Stripe. After payment, return to the account and wait for that exact checkout to be confirmed. If confirmation is delayed, refresh access; avoid starting a second payment.
  2. Update the free base, then install Pro. Download the compatible free ZIP below. In WordPress, use Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Replace current with uploaded. This preserves the base plugin’s saved work. Download the matching Pro ZIP from your account, upload it through the same screen and activate it. Keep a private backup of the Pro ZIP.
  3. Register the exact site. In Pro access, enter the HTTPS WordPress home URL, including its subdirectory if it has one. Create a site credential and save it securely: it is shown once. Each license covers one registered site; a separate staging URL uses a slot.
  4. Connect the add-on in WordPress. Open Plugins, find the matching Pro add-on and choose its license connection link. Paste the site credential there. It authorizes only that product and site. A successful connection unlocks its local Pro workflows and covered update checks.

Gloty Pro

Add glossary rules for brand and product terms, or promote a reviewed translation into a reusable rule.

Requires the free Gloty plugin, version 1.76.0 or later.

ShareCrew Pro

Let eligible creators request products through your configured gifting workflow.

Recover access without buying again

Lost the credential? Use Replace credential for the existing site in your account. Save the new value and reconnect it in WordPress. The old value stops working; the site keeps its slot. If the copy button is unavailable, select and copy the text manually before leaving the page.

Changed your site URL? Revoke the previous site connection, register the replacement URL and reconnect the add-on. Migration grants are bound to their verified existing site; contact support about a site move.

Update coverage expired? Installed local Pro features remain licensed, with periodic verification. Keep your compatible ZIP. New downloads and updates require current coverage; you can still replace a lost site credential. There is no automatic renewal.

Connection refused? Check the product, exact HTTPS home URL and active credential. Your host must allow outbound HTTPS and use InnoDB for the WordPress options table. Previously verified access can cover a temporary service outage for up to seven days; a new unverified or explicitly refused credential has no outage grace. Free recovery and saved work remain available.

Used the workflow before the Pro split? Keep your current plugin and request free migration review before updating. No card is required. We verify earlier use and site control before issuing access. Eligibility and dates.

Tagloom users should verify a manual print with their own printer and stock before buying automation. No physical printer model or barcode scan is verified yet. Pro license connections and workflows do not support WordPress multisite, including per-site activation in a network.
